Lets Recall the Arizona Commissioner of Real Estate
Reasons for this Recall Petition are:
Real Estate Agents are forced into Price Fixing.
This is fully endorsed by the Arizona Commissioner of Real
Estate.
These Price Fixing methods created by a so-called 'Good Ole
Boy
Network' is bad for everyone.
It is especially bad for the Consumer, which the Department of Real
Estate
is designed and created to protect.
This is done through the following methods:
(1) It compels Real Estate Agents to work for a Broker. The start of
the Price Fixing that effects ALL Consumers in the United States who
either own, rent, plan to buy, or plan to sell a home or piece of
property.
(2) Brokers compel agents to conduct business in certain ways that are
very bad for the consumer such as charging FIXED Fees for real estate
commissions, having E&O Insurance, forcing agents to join the
National Association of Realtors at a local level, Compelling Agents to
use lock boxes furnished only from one source (TEMPO), forcing agents
to use their
Broker signs, their Broker logos on business cards, their Broker logos
on advertising, and many other
cost prohibitive
items that would be much cheaper if a REAL ESTATE AGENT worked on their
own without a
BROKER.
(3) This is also bad for Real Estate and Property Investors who flip
property and homes and are forced to pay these Fixed High
Real Estate Commission Fees which cut in and reduce profits, and delay
a fast turn around in sales.
(4) The Arizona Department of Real Estate is run using terror tactics
and intimidation that holds
real estate agents in a constant fear. This has been worsened since the
current Arizona Real Estate Commissioner has taken office. The Governor
of Arizona, Janet Napolitano is fully aware of this, she appoints the
Arizona Real Estate Commissioner.
The current Arizona Real Estate
Commissioner is Elaine Richardson (picture shown below).
This RECALL Petition
is to force the Governor to appoint someone who will revamp the
Department of Real Estate and make it work in favor of both
the Real
Estate Agent and the Consumer (Seller, Buyer):
The election is over, and we have NOT learned one
damn thing.
People you
failed to reclaim control of our Government in Arizona.
Now you will still
get nothing .... But the high taxes will remain!
Plus you get to keep
the appointed wannabee useless bureaucratic IDIOTS
a.k.a. real
dumb asses, like Arizona's one and only
Real Estate Commissioner,
Elaine Richardson.

Napolitano still answers to the people of Arizona.

intended to do, Serve the Public. Real Estate Agents do not

for themselves and their customers

Having the Current Real Estate Rules, which have been around since the
dawn of time with their 'Good Ole Boy' attitude of this is the way we
have always done it, which includes a form of Price
Fixing only ...

Hurts the BUYER.
Hurts the common ordinary individual Real Estate Agent.
Hurts the Real Estate Investor.
Hurts the Real Estate Industry.
